Article 5 (Service Fees and Payment)
Premium Plan fees are as specified on the service pricing page.
Payments are processed through Paddle and offered as monthly or annual subscriptions.
Fees may be changed with prior notice, and changes will apply to existing subscribers from the next billing cycle.

Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
Entering false information or misusing others' information
Commercial use of information obtained through the Service without the Company's prior consent
Actions that interfere with service operation or place undue load on the system
Accessing the Service using automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Other actions that violate applicable laws and these Terms
Article 7 (Company Obligations)
The Company will not engage in activities prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms, or contrary to public morals.
The Company will make its best efforts to provide stable services.
The Company will protect users' personal information and manage it according to the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Service Suspension)
The Company may temporarily suspend service provision in the following cases:

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

If consultation fails, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and commercial practices.
