This Refund Policy provides guidance on refund terms and procedures related to paid subscriptions for the AdSense Auditor AI service (the "Service") provided by Gangmulsori (the "Company").


1. Scope of Application

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Premium Plan monthly subscriptions
  • Premium Plan annual subscriptions
  • Other paid services

3. Annual Subscription Refund Details

For annual subscriptions, refunds may be requested within 30 days of the subscription start date.

Refund Calculation

Refund Amount = Payment Amount - (Monthly Rate × Months Used) - Fees
  • Monthly Rate: Annual subscription amount ÷ 12
  • Months Used: Less than 1 month counts as 1 month
  • Fees: Payment processing fees and other actual costs

Example

  • Annual subscription fee: $120
  • Refund request after 15 days of use
  • Refund amount: $120 - ($10 × 1 month) - fees = approximately $107-$110

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  1. Eligibility Period Expired: When the specified period above has been exceeded
  2. Service Abuse: Excessive use of analysis features followed by refund request
  3. Terms of Service Violation: Service use restrictions due to Terms of Service violations
  4. Fraudulent Refund Request: Refund requests based on false reasons
  5. Pending Payment Dispute: Disputes already in progress through credit card companies, etc.

5. Refund Application Method

5.1 Application Procedure

    • Reason for refund
  3. Review and Response: Review and response within 3 business days
  4. Refund Completion: Refund processed within 5-7 business days after approval

6. Refund Processing Method

6.1 Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6.2 Refund Delays

Refunds may be delayed due to circumstances of the payment processor (Paddle) or financial institutions. In such cases, the Company will provide separate notice to users.


7. Subscription Cancellation (Without Refund)

To cancel subscription without a refund:

  1. In-Service Cancellation: Cancel subscription in account settings
  2. Immediate Effect: Next payment stops from the time of cancellation request
  3. Remaining Period Use: Service available until current billing cycle end date

8. Refunds Due to Service Failures

8.1 Failure Definition

When the Service cannot be used normally for 24 consecutive hours or more

9. Special Refund Reasons

Refunds will be considered regardless of the eligibility period in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment: Duplicate payment due to system error
  2. Minor Payment: Payment by minors without legal guardian consent
  3. Other Company Fault: Service unavailability due to clear company fault

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of refund-related disputes:

  1. First contact the Company by email (contact@ad-helper.work)
  2. If consultation fails, resolve through Consumer Protection Agency or competent court

11. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be modified according to changes in applicable laws and service policies. Changes will be announced through service notices and take effect 7 days after the announcement date.
